No. The NEC says figures circulating for Bahr el Ghazal, Equatoria and Upper Nile were not produced by the commission and do not correspond to any registration activity.
3. How will registration work?
The NEC says eligible citizens will register in person and on paper. Their information will later be entered into NEC computer systems, while the original registration books will remain preserved in state offices.

Citizens still need clear guidance on how displaced people, mobile pastoralist communities and people without conventional documents will register; how duplicate registrations will be detected; and when voters will be able to inspect or challenge the provisional register.
